Using the site

You can use the site and its free tools for your own business. Please don't misuse them, try to break them, or copy them for resale.

Free tools

The quiz and the dashboards are general information, not financial, legal or tax advice. They are provided "as is", and you're responsible for the decisions you make with them.

Our content

The text, designs, logos and videos on this site and on our social media accounts belong to Capital Creative Labs unless stated otherwise.

Our publishing tool

We use an internal tool to publish our own content to Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. It acts only on accounts owned by Capital Creative Labs and follows each platform's terms. Our use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or its free tools.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
