Capital Creative Labs ("we", "us") runs this website and an internal publishing tool that posts our own content to our social media accounts. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect on this website

Forms (waitlist, quiz, The Lab): the name, email and business details you type in, plus your answers.
Basic technical data from our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and uptime.

We use this only to reply to you and send you what you asked for. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.

Social media integrations (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Our publishing tool connects only to accounts owned by Capital Creative Labs. When we authorise it with a platform, we store the access tokens that platform issues and the basic profile information it returns (for example, the TikTok account ID and display name). We use them only to upload and publish our own videos and images. We don't access other people's data, and we don't read followers, messages or comments through these integrations.

Where data is stored

Form submissions and post history are stored with Supabase. Platform tokens are stored in a private configuration file on our own computer. Only the Capital Creative Labs team can access them.

How long we keep it

Form data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Platform tokens are kept while an integration is active and deleted when we disconnect it. Platform account holders can also revoke our tool's access at any time in that platform's settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
